With clearly defined and documented processes, we make sure that customer requirements are carefully captured, reliably implemented and verifiably checked. Our quality management accompanies all relevant processes, from inquiry and planning through procurement and manufacturing to delivery and customer support.
Our quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 is certified by TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH.
The initial certification of our quality management system took place in 2009. Since then it has been regularly recertified.
The certified scope covers the development, manufacturing and sales of industrial PCs and custom IT solutions, as well as all related services.
Continuous improvement
Our processes are regularly reviewed, evaluated and further developed. Findings from internal audits, customer feedback, complaints and supplier evaluations systematically feed into our continuous improvement process.
This allows us to detect possible deviations early, initiate suitable measures and permanently safeguard the quality of our products and services.
