Repair and returns (RMA)
A device is defective or not working as expected? We inspect and repair industrial PCs, embedded PCs, panel PCs and custom systems from our own development and production. Please contact us by phone or email before sending anything in.
The following information helps us:
- the device name and, if available, its serial number
- a short description of the fault
- your contact details for any questions
Delivery and shipping
Please address shipments and deliveries to Klein Elektronik GmbH, Talheimer Str. 32, 74223 Flein, Germany. Goods reception is staffed Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00. Outside these hours, goods cannot be received.
